We work hard at Resilient Grace to make sure you have great quality products that you love. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions you might have before you make you purchase as we are still a small business and have a NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The damaged product must be reported with a photo within 7 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a new product. We will notify you once we’ve received the photo, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be sent a new product.
